You receive in the following days your dental impression kit at home. Just take your impression and send it back to us at the address indicated on the instructions sheet. You will receive your mouthguard by parcel about a week after we have received your impression in the laboratory.

We accept: JPEG, PDF, AI, Screenshots, PNG. Know that your documents are automatically registered by our software when you upload them to our site to do your personalization.

Yes, we keep all dental impressions for 1 year in the laboratory to be reactive in the case of loss / forgetfulness on your part, and for urgent orders.

At least 2 seasons, it depends on its frequency of use and its maintenance.

If you miss your impression, you just have to keep the plastic impression tray and ask for free other pastes on site to try again.
